Q. Is Nitrous oxide is safe 

A. Nitrous oxide is always given with Oxygen it is immediately effective. It is also often combine with nerve block to decrease the pain of injection during nerve block.

Q. Conscious sedation is safe.

A. Conscious sedation is altered consciousness, where you are able to breath your own. You are monitored during anesthesia.
